If we have one passion in fitness it is weightlifting. There are many benefits to weightlifting:
It improves metabolism,
Helpful in maintaining body weight,
Helps improve cardiovascular risk factors,
Helps with bone density and joint stability.
As you age these benefits are invaluable.
You can add a resistance band if you have one to increase intensity
This is an 8 week program using dumbbells that will help clients build muscular strength and endurance. Each Sunday you will receive 3, 20-40 minute, workouts each week. Each workout will have cues to help you lift with proper form. This workout is yours forever so you can repeat with heavier weights!
This 8 week program is $40. You can pay via Venmo or CashApp (QR code below).

Welcome to our new Body Weight Program! All of the workouts in this program are 30 mins long and use no equipment at all (a few exercises will use things around every house like a towel). With this program you get 30 workouts and a 3 month calendar putting those workouts into an effective and efficient program. The cost is $50 for all 30 workouts!
When you sign up, you will receive all 30 workouts and your calendar. Remember our workout plans are built to be flexible so you can do them when it works best or you. The workouts are played best on Google Slides.
Once the workouts are shared with you, you will have them forever. They are yours and you will have access to them forever.

Beginner Workout Program - Coming Soon!
If you are new to working out, are trying to get back into working out after a long break, or are coming back from an injury this program is for you. We combine cardio, resistance bands or weights, and core to this program.
You will receive 3 workouts a week for 4 weeks. We will give you tips on form and an intro into what muscles you are working. Your first few workouts will be 20 minutes and will gradually increase time to 40 mins by the end.
We are there with you all along the way! You can schedule an appointment to talk with us, send us an email with questions, or message us on social media. We are here to help you succeed on your fitness journey!
Weights and resistance bands strongly recommended
Our Partner Program is our newest program. There are a lot of benefits to working out with a partner.
Accountability: Partners create more accountability both in showing up to get the workout done and with trying to keep pace with another person. As sisters and trainers, we workout together all the time and we never want to be the one to tap out of an exercise first. We push each other.
Form Check: You can watch each other to make sure you are both following form cues given in the workout.
Fun: We used to do Hip Hop Abs when we were in college and it was so fun being together talking, laughing and sweating together!
Because we know some of you will not be able to workout with a partner every day you will get 2 workouts a week for 6 weeks. Each workout will be around 34-45 mins. The only equipment needed is a set of dumbbells (you can also use stuff around the house like milk jugs if you don't have dumbbells) and resistance bands.
The price of this program is $30 ($15/person) with a maximum of 2 people.
For those of you who don't have a partner or prefer to workout alone but still want to do the program, every move can be done without a partner!
