Our Programs

We offer mulitple programs designed to meet the needs of our clients. We off 8-12 week programs, 3 month 1-1 online training, 6 month online 1-1 training, and 12 month 1-1 online training.  Most of our programs come with the following: 
- Weekly online personal training session with a NASM certified trainer 
- Additional workouts to do on their own time
- A weekly check in
- In app messaging
- Flexible calendar for you to keep track of workouts you are doing
- Access to our exercise, nutrition and hydration log
- Access to our library of workouts

Our plans range from $100-$500/month


How the program works

Click the button below to sign up for a 1 on 1 consultation with us. On this call we will chat with you about your goals, challenges and expectations. If we are a good fit we will move forward by picking a commitment level (3, 6 or 12 months).


From there we will schedule our virtual training session, have you download our app, do an initial assessment, and get you all set up to reach your goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you do the online training visits?
               - We do all our visits through Zoom. We will send you a Zoom meeting link before each session.

What kind of equipment do you have to have before the first training session?
               - Once we have defined your goals with you we will schedule your first training session.  Depending on your                    goals you might need resistance bands or dumbbells,  but that will be discussed before our first training                          session.

How will we view our workouts?
                - Our online training sessions will be done over Zoom.  If you are receiving additional workouts from us they                    will be given through our app. 

How long are the training sessions?
               - Each workout that we do is personalized to your goals and fitness level.  At our meeting we will  discuss                           preexisting conditions, medications, fitness level, and equipment you own. At that time we will also                                        determine how much time we should train together based on all those factors and your goals.

What do the workouts look like?
                - In the app store (Andriod and Apple) search for our app, Personalized Lets Get Fit.  Once you download the                    app, clients should use the explore tab, which will show you a variety of free workouts we offer. This will give                    you a general idea of what our workouts could look like, but please remember the workouts you are seeing                      are general workouts. Your workouts are written for you.
