At Personalized Let's Get Fit, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training and weight loss consulting services. To ensure fairness and allow us to best serve all clients, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellations and Refunds

72-Hour Requirement: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your scheduled session(s) at least 72 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, no refund will be provided.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Packages and Programs

Prepaid packages or multi-session programs are non-refundable once sessions begin.

Unused sessions may be rescheduled (with at least 72 hours’ notice), subject to trainer availability.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

Verified medical emergencies

Trainer cancellations (if a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged)

To cancel a session and request a refund (when eligible), please contact us by:
